No time off exceeding 3 days or Termination Poor operation good managers They will pay the lowest amount they can pay Operation Management is not understanding Unfair treatment between workers Forced to work in Unsafe work conditions No appreciation for workers Mostly hires Felons in order to keep pay rate low Management will look to fire employees due for a raise
