Pros
I have a background in agency recruiting and I've never seen a place like this before. The commission structure is extremely competitive, I have a livable base salary and the culture is an amazing bonus. Full-desk recruiting gives you an opportunity to really make an impact and grow out your own book of business. Our clients are exciting tech companies where people want to work and they offer competitive salaries as well. We're able to really connect with our candidates and build relationships based on the niche market that we are in, if one opportunity doesn't work there is always another on the horizon. Really enjoy the team-building aspect of our company and my co-workers feel more like family than just peers. Seriously everyone is happy for each others success and I never have had that at any other agencies I worked at before. You really are just competing with yourself and seeing what new records you can break. Plenty of incentive to push yourself and you will reap the benefits.

Dogs may bark in the office when you're on a call but they're so cute not even sure I can call it a con.
