It's ok - Ruby Developer Smart Employee Review

Hello! Martin, Director of Talent back again! :) Thanks a lot for the review and it is nice to see our codebase, compensation and team atmosphere are all making Smart a Great Place to Work. In regards to the pay rise, clearly it would be wrong of me to discuss that on an open forum such as Glassdoor, but as a business, we have kept everyone up to date and clearly communicated with our teams every step of the way about these.
