Pros 1. Salary On Time 2. Flexible Timings response: getting salary on time in a company that does not have any work or projects? Interesting! Cons 1. Fake Promises to retain talents 2. Not a place for experienced folks 3. Scrappy projects to work. (Actually no projects) 4. More Talk. Less Work Response: Does not look like we were successful in retaining you. We are not sure of the "experienced folks" tag cause associate developer is not a senior position. We wish you had given an open review so that we could reach out to you and learn about the issues you had/ have and obviously do something about it.
