Good place to work, amazing people, recommended - Ui\Ux Designer SmartVizX Employee Review

There is only one pro in this company and it is that out of 15-20 employees, 2 are very good human being. that's the only pro.

-salary never gets credited on time. -company still calling itself starup after 8 years to keep employees working on weekends. - The way CEO misbehaves with employees is extremely wrong. - even after the funding, salaries are not getting credited in time. - last year, they didn't give salary for 6 month and half of the team left. - my FnF is still pending and they are saying we will pay after the product sells, as no one is buying thier software.

1) High degree of ownership. You will be given the freedom to own and execute projects. 2) Learnt a ton of stuff during my tenure. Excellent for freshers. 3) I had many mentors to look upto. 4) Folks are very approachable. 5) No office politics. 6)I was one of the earliest marketing employees and was part of the journey as we scaled the product globally. 7) I had very good mentorship during my tenure and I had a chance to witness in very close quarters, the product to platform journey!

Nothing much. Like any other early stage startup, some processes have to be figured out.
