      Pros

      - Good Tech Stack - Good use cases if planned well

      Cons

      Lead the whole engineering team and was responsible for two product development - No planning - Useless founders, no minimum tech knowledge with them - No direction for the product - Worthless sales teams - No work culture - Bureaucracy exists in the company, a typical Noida based family enterprise, do not join this company if you want a proper Bangalore Tech startup experience. - Founders run the company as a street side shop, sir-madam sycophancy exists in the company - Founders do not have the fire to make this large, they run the company just to be in the news. Do not join the company thinking about it as a VR tech company, it is a little better than a services company doing little product development

      Solid core team Great vision and execution capabilities Immense domain knowledge and some best in class team members For a startup, a very fair company Very good credibility of founders

      Took too long to pivot from services to product Leadership can be over obsessive about perfection at times There should be more training opportunities Hiring process can be very tough. Very high rejection rate People should be given the opportunity to learn on the job.

      Pros

      There is only one pro in this company and it is that out of 15-20 employees, 2 are very good human being. that's the only pro.

      Cons

      -salary never gets credited on time. -company still calling itself starup after 8 years to keep employees working on weekends. - The way CEO misbehaves with employees is extremely wrong. - even after the funding, salaries are not getting credited in time. - last year, they didn't give salary for 6 month and half of the team left. - my FnF is still pending and they are saying we will pay after the product sells, as no one is buying thier software.
