Location: some people can think the location is perfect because is city centre. But you should know that you will deal all the days with the worst people of Dublin. You will see drunk people, someone peeing on the company wall, nakers buying drugs, or guys stealing phones.
Management: They only think in their own benefit. They don’t care about employees, the philosophy is: If you can make you indispensable better. No team work, no handover, no documentation, no training, no promotion (except if you are the best friend of another boss).
You can listen comments like: "We are not interested to give training to the people because if we do they will move to another job, when they realise their salary here is lower than the market."
Bulling to employees, don’t try to express your opinion because they don’t care, if you are not a boss is better if you talk to a wall. Only if you leave the company they will call you to offer you better conditions.
Life balance: When you have more work than you can handle, when you bosses puss you, when your happiness is not important, when you need to work after working hours… there isn’t a good life balance.
Benefits: all the typical benefits all the companies have, adding you have discount in their products (funny fact you can’t use in Ireland because for the moment they are not selling the product here).
Inside of the building you will find a canteen without enough space for all the employees, is normal go to eat at your desk because is not space. (Anyway the food from the canteen is always the same and after a month eating the same you won’t buy food there any more).
The games room, only can afford 20 people maximum, and you will see always the same guys playing FIFA and table football, don’t try to go to do a different thing because is not space for you.
