Pros

Good if you have no experience and they take a punt on you. My advice is to get a year's experience here then move on and quick.

Cons

- Horrific turnover of staff, It literally is a revolving door. - The pay is a lot less than competitors in the market. - Poor leads and unrealistic targets, battering rubbish data and basically harrassing people despite them telling you to stop calling. - Horrible work culture , toxic and not nice. - Ridicously long hours, worked to death and no work life balance, plus no regard for mental health or well-being.

While some competitors may offer higher base salaries, we believe our commission plan is among the best in the industry, providing substantial earning potential that reflects the success of our sales team. Sales roles are naturally performance-driven, and our compensation model is designed to reward high achievers. Leads Quality: We take great pride in the quality of our leads. Currently, our lead conversion rate exceeds 20%, with some teams consistently achieving over 30%. These metrics highlight the strength and potential of the leads we provide. We are continuously working to maintain and improve these standards to support our sales team effectively. Work/Life Balance: We recognize the importance of work-life balance and strive to create opportunities for our employees to relax and enjoy themselves. For instance, we recently closed the office early on a Thursday to allow everyone to watch a major football event with friends and family. Pros

The team is friendly and easy to work with, which makes day to day work enjoyable. There are good opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities, especially if you’re willing to get involved. Managers are approachable and generally open to ideas and feedback. The business is growing, so there’s a chance to develop your skills.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are busy periods, but nothing out of the ordinary.
