I'm sorry your experience at Smartsheet has been poor and that you have a lack of confidence in our senior leaders — this is not what we strive for. We do have room for improvement in our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and I’d encourage you to reach out to our Director of DEI to share your questions or concerns, or to get more involved in our current programs and future plans. We similarly encourage employee feedback and ask for your thoughts formally in quarterly all-company surveys as well as informally throughout the year. Despite the uncertainty created by the pandemic, our overall attrition (which was at or below benchmarks prior to COVID-19) has trended downward in the last 12 months. With respect to employee relations, we’re dedicated to approaching poor performance with directness, dignity, and privacy. Unfortunately, maintaining that privacy can sometimes create the perception that terminations are made without care or reasoning.
