Pros
They provided cheap cafeteria food and housing. Chinese work culture is very collaborative and you work together as a team. Great technology and good company infrastructure. Chinese people are nice to foreigners. (I actually left in 2018 but I can't select an earlier year for some reason)
Cons
Asian work culture tends to be intense and managerial styles tend to veer towards negative reinforcement--depending on who you work with, but I have mostly positive memories from here..
