      Pros

      Fun place to work - not repetitive and routine as retail usually is. Made good friends in my collegues, liked the products.

      Cons

      Unorganised management, issues with pay, not enough hours. There were 5 of us already, 2 full time and 3 including me part time sales assistants who are available to work every day. And yet they still hired 2 Christmas temps and training one to be full time PIC, leaving original crew on about 4 hours a week. No logic and I'm quitting!!

      - not much chance to grow within the company - not enough hours

      Staff discount , medical benefits ( cap at $50 per visit)

      Cons

      Constant change of management for past 2 years and lot of changes in daily operations. Poor AWS benefits.
