Buddy buddy culture. This company seems like a proxy of Ontario health. Some managers have no sense of how to deal with the team and create toxic culture. three supervisors on one person and they all of them has their own view of dealing with things. The manager has no idea how to handle and using multiple supervisors. Keep head low to be safe from being axed. The top brass of the company is completely disconnected from reality of non-management teams. Initially it was transparent when the over-all employee count was below 200, then it started getting out of hand. As soon as they started hiring from the US side, it made the environment completely toxic. This company is a startup and had strong future, but now they have shot in their own foot with mismanagement and hiring bad managers or directors recently... They hire and fire quickly
