      Typical American corporate greed now in Canada

      Pros

      If you have equity, you could make some money when company is sold. Tons of projects to pick from if new hire. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      No direction for dev staff. Product is mainly just a database, other Use Case claims are exaggerated. Product features might exist and not be vaporware but the customers are not using them. Training needs improvement and marketing needs help. Greedy CEO who buy houses all over the world and then he and management try to find way to not pay on bonuses. The company steal ideas, IP, and everything else possible. Arrogant management who are not suited for the job exception perhaps of James Agnew and a few others. I am not sure how or why the management were hired. The weekly calls try to be spiritual and preach global healthcare altruism but it is all gaslighting. It is a very greedy company that is basically funded by Seth Klarman.

      Toxic Culture - New management hires and fires quickly -STAY AWAY!

      Hiring process is transparent through out.

      Buddy buddy culture. This company seems like a proxy of Ontario health. Some managers have no sense of how to deal with the team and create toxic culture. three supervisors on one person and they all of them has their own view of dealing with things. The manager has no idea how to handle and using multiple supervisors. Keep head low to be safe from being axed. The top brass of the company is completely disconnected from reality of non-management teams. Initially it was transparent when the over-all employee count was below 200, then it started getting out of hand. As soon as they started hiring from the US side, it made the environment completely toxic. This company is a startup and had strong future, but now they have shot in their own foot with mismanagement and hiring bad managers or directors recently... They hire and fire quickly

      - Extremely low salary - Management does not listen to employees - Nepotism runs deep in the company - Must bootlick for promotions, which are not guaranteed even if you work hard - No career advancement opportunities - Director fear mongers, regularly asks employees to work harder otherwise they might get fired
