Pros

If you were able to get out of the contact center and into corporate you were treated far better.

Cons

Employees are not treated equally. Your experience will depend on your team. Job security was very low. Layoffs every year for multiple years. Not much diversity in leadership.

Pros

The pay was nice, and the schedule was really good. Monday through Friday was about as good as it could get, especially given the industry.

Cons

Pretty much everything else not listed in the Pros. Management was the reason this company went out of business. They lied to customers about almost everything they were providing, and scammed them out of money when the customers didn't want to continue treatment with the company because it wasn't doing the job it was supposed to do.
