Leadership previously gave and encouraged motivated people genuine chances to grow regardless of background. The experience helped build a solid career foundation and resume for anyone entering sales or receptionist/customer services roles.

As the company scaled, the culture shifted toward more corporate and numbers-driven priorities (which in itself is understandable from a scaling perspective for a growing org). However, over time some employees felt there was less room for human flexibility, mentorships, or context around temporary performance dips and individual circumstances. Several long-tenured contributors appeared to feel increasingly interchangeable rather than invested in, while decision-making became more centralized and detached from the day-to-day realities of certain teams. This reflects both personal experience and sentiments heard through ongoing professional networking with colleagues in the same roles and industries.
