Excellent training and supportive management with flexibility

Training is excellent. The trainers really have your back to make sure you are ready. The communication with management is also excellent. They respond quickly to any concerns you may have. The flexible schedule is awesome! I can honestly say I enjoy my job and working here.

Cons

I haven't came across anything I would consider a con.

The support and training you receive prior to becoming a full agent makes you feel 100% prepared for this role. I truly feel like I'm part of a community, not just a company.
