Pros
Some great people with a real desire to do the right thing. Some real opportunities for personal development exist for people to take advantage of. A friendly work environment means that some sound working relationships. There is surprisingly very little in the way of politics for such a large organisation and working relationships are open, friendly and honest.
Cons
Unfortunately, that is where the pros end. Good people are being regularly let down and there is a large turnover of staff who have become tired of working within a Kafkaesque, corporate culture. It would appear as though the whole organization has been infected with a kind of corporate managerialism that, actually, makes life so difficult on a daily basis.
