Whether it's equipment, professional learning opportunities, or 1:1 support, Smore makes sure their employees are taken care of. On that same note, sharing ideas and feedback is always welcomed at Smore. No idea is unimportant, and you are encouraged to speak up, (an actual Smore value). Additionally, Smore prioritizes putting in good work over the hours spent doing that work which is really refreshing in the hi-tech world. Finally, the PEOPLE! Smore places a tremendous effort on attracting the right types of talent, and it shows.
