I have worked for this company for years. Most of the customers know the owner and I have never met a customer, coworker, or anyone else who had a bad thing to say about the owner. The owner's integrity is reflected in the company. They put the customer first. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

On-call schedule for the technicians, but that is par for the course in this industry.

Relaxed environment with a strong sense of family first. Company motto is Do the right thing, even when no one is looking. All levels of management and ownership uphold this motto in how both customers and employees are treated.

Can be stressful during busy times.
