Pros
I have worked for this company for years. Most of the customers know the owner and I have never met a customer, coworker, or anyone else who had a bad thing to say about the owner. The owner's integrity is reflected in the company. They put the customer first. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
Cons
On-call schedule for the technicians, but that is par for the course in this industry.

They provide any tools/material you need. Customer base is amazing. Dispatchers are some of the greatest people I’ve ever met, and are true professionals at their jobs.
Cons
Management at that time was awful.
