Fair compensation, flexible working, great PTO policies.
Cons
Leadership cannot commit to a plan. Every 6 months there's another reorg around a new mission, when R&D is only just getting back up to speed with the last set of changes. Now they can't even commit to a leader. CEO is gone, senior leadership posts are a revolving door. Most recent layoffs cited slow speed of progress against goals, when the organization has no hope of delivering when the goals and teams keep changing.
