Leadership cannot commit to a plan. Every 6 months there's another reorg around a new mission, when R&D is only just getting back up to speed with the last set of changes. Now they can't even commit to a leader. CEO is gone, senior leadership posts are a revolving door. Most recent layoffs cited slow speed of progress against goals, when the organization has no hope of delivering when the goals and teams keep changing.

The organization changes too frequently, and job stability has become a serious concern. With repeated restructures and layoffs, it feels like no role is truly safe. Even if you survive one round, the next one may impact you.
