Pros

My experience was good because I worked with some awesome people The compensation was solid and there was flexibility

Cons

The company was poorly run, the solution to any problem was "well if you all worked harder" They often asked me to work a sales role without a sales compensation plan to fill time. The company had plenty of cliques

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and offer your thoughts. We agree 100% with you, SoCal is a GREAT place to work, we do INVEST Time and Training to Develop our Employees and ALWAYS ENCOURAGE Self-Development. Regarding our vending machine, please feel free to reach out directly to our Corporate Receptionist and she can inform our vendor what you are looking for. We can't promise to make it happen overnight but we can certainly listen to your ideas and who knows... maybe we can even get some snacks that please everyone. Thank you for continuing to help make SoCal a GREAT Place to Work.

Pros

Exposure to a Fortune 500 company that provides extensive training during the beginning few weeks of your career before placed into the field. Meet a few extraordinary people if they're still around. Good benefits package. Great platform to begin a career.

Cons

Most, not all, but a lot of inexperienced middle management who put on a fake facade of being nice during your ramp up period, after that you learn their true immature, rude, and disrespectful culture. Management strongly encourages and expects you to work outside normal business hours to input CRM activity, research accounts, and conduct paperwork, all of which adds up to an average of three extra hours per night. No there is no overtime pay.
