The SI leadership team is supportive, empathetic, and constantly trying to improve. Best management team ever! The mission & vision is authentic and front of mind. Custom CRM system made for promo industry. It seems like SI is working on improving, I truly hope to see them succeed. The pace and pressure isn't for everyone.

Be ready to hit the ground running, and never slow down. The work-life-balance comments are REAL. Be ready to work 60+ hr weeks and dream about that long to-do list that never ends. Sales goals aren't based on real projections, hope your base pay is enough to cover monthly expenses. PTO & Sick time is very minimal for how hard you work - burnout is inevitable.
