      Learnings in the industry and the job (you can do that in other agencies though)

      Cons

      If you are junior they ask you to work for them for 6 months without a salary as an internship. they promise to hire you afterwards (does not happen often) with the lowest salary that is legal. no work life balance whatsoever and the managers have no knowledge or work ethic at all.

      The creative team is filled with super friendly and creative people

      Cons

      Many of the managers have ZERO managerial skills, not capable of handling deadlines, horrible attitude and overall bad to be around. The company recycles interns like crazy so that they wont need to actually pay new employees. ZERO organization whatsoever.
