Learnings in the industry and the job (you can do that in other agencies though)

Cons

If you are junior they ask you to work for them for 6 months without a salary as an internship. they promise to hire you afterwards (does not happen often) with the lowest salary that is legal. no work life balance whatsoever and the managers have no knowledge or work ethic at all.

Pros

Many people with same mindset. Leave the company for something better as soon as possible. Networking with them.

Cons

Low or no salary for internship. Almost 20% of company are interns. No value paid "paper" and then starting with basic salary. More than 8h work. Projects and income mostly from politic friends.
