It's a leading SM agency in the region. If you're at the beginning of your career, you'll gain a lot of brownie points for working there for a while. It's great if you like challenges, because you will be thrown straight into the deep end and will have to learn to swim fast. Reputable clients that will add value to your CV building.
Cons
Chaotic workplace environment. Blatant favoritism. The same people always get the best accounts while others are sidelined. A forced-fun approach to office culture as opposed to letting things happen organically. Unfriendly relations between the creative team and the client services team.
