      Pros

      Lots of different cultures, great companies to work with for a small agency. Able to take up a lot of responsibilities in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Living in Dubai can be expensive. The current location of the job is not very conducive for people living in the city. There can be long working hours.

      - From the outside, it looks like a great place to work with diversity and care for employees - Nice office space - Good clients

      Cons

      - Poor management - Was like a highschool with no proper structure - Racism towards non white people - Poor salary - They will lay you off if it serves for the company financially

      Pros

      It's a leading SM agency in the region. If you're at the beginning of your career, you'll gain a lot of brownie points for working there for a while. It's great if you like challenges, because you will be thrown straight into the deep end and will have to learn to swim fast. Reputable clients that will add value to your CV building.

      Cons

      Chaotic workplace environment. Blatant favoritism. The same people always get the best accounts while others are sidelined. A forced-fun approach to office culture as opposed to letting things happen organically. Unfriendly relations between the creative team and the client services team.
