Pros
Small team allows you to own your work and shape your own role. Clients and their research questions are interesting. The company gave many young professionals interesting projects and skill sets to speak to on their resumes.
Cons
Management was stressed and took out frustrations on the analysts. An unhealthy environment that a few strong-willed people made the best of. It was a place where employees were often scared into submission and felt that the mistreatment was a normal part of being employed.
