Terrible management, low PTO and sick time, toxic work environment, overworked with little to no help. You have 7 unexcused absences per year before you’re terminated, excused absences are only for PTO. Doctor visits and/or medical emergencies that require hospital stays do not count as excused. You’re viewed only as a dollar sign to this company. There’s also sexual harassment that’s often overlooked in the workplace.
