      Excellent coworkers, good benefits, and in-touch team management

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is misguided, no transparency, DEI has taken a backseat. And they don't seem to care about their employees anymore.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
