      Pros

      I have worked for Sodexo beenfits and rewards for more than 5 years. They invest on people and provide room to grow.

      Cons

      They tend to take unqualified people for HR. As if they put some people there just to fill up diversity quota. No systematic career and compensation plan, people should navigate themselves.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
