9yI appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it can greatly benefit other Chefs considering Sodexo. Due to the nature of contract services, advancement may be more readily available by relocating - even to a different account in the same area. Some accounts offer more services than other and have different sized teams, but we do always try to work with our employees to find growth within. Thank you again!
