Pros
I have been an employee of Sodexo's for almost a year in 2/5/ 19,,-always on time and only missed 2 days total, I love the job but the pay is not great, nor is management, while you working hard others get to do little of nothing and the supervisors are scared to delegate and step in, hard workers are overlooked and under paid !
Cons
Noone to releave weekend cafeteria workers on the weekends, and they expect you to run cafeteria as well as doctors lounge, and not to mention they hire you as part time employee, but yet you work full time hours , then they say to you human resources did it!
