      Good benefits, high values, frontline people are friendly and loyal. Flex hours.

      Cons

      Major reorg now, whole departments laid off to replace positions with cheaper salaries . Large amounts of lay offs over 50. Lot of in fighting between market segments.

      The job was very straining on the body. Customers in my location can be very rude and look down on you.
