Pros
Large company with many opportunities worldwide. Marketing department was organized and well-connected. Field Marketing Coordinator position has a lot of creative freedom. Fun position. Great first job for new grads. Yummy, free food.
Cons
Lack of training/onboarding. Depending on the account, the FMC works differently cross-referencing managers which can be a good relationship or a difficult one. Disconnect between business/marketing roles and food service depending on account.
