      Pros

      There are no pros working as a steward for Sodexo. You are overworked, underpaid and in general treated like you do not matter.

      Cons

      As a Steward you will be expected to work very long hours to cover the events which occur. These can be fun if you are allowed to take a break but be prepared to work 15hrs straight without one. The pay was horrible and you got nothing in return if you did overtime.

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
