Free concerts, 22% automatic gratuity, management doesn’t care, you can basically do whatever you want
Cons
Company retains 25% of service charge and distributes it unfairly amongst all staff members who work those 2 weeks even if they work 1 slow day but don’t work the 1 slammed busy day. Too many staff members. Servers make more money than bartenders, although they work for a total on like a hour and a half, meanwhile the bartenders have lines of 50 people deep, and the bar backs can’t keep up, but the servers are sitting on their behinds on their phones instead of jumping in to help.
