Pros

I enjoyed my job and my team.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. They only care about themselves and HR only has the back of those that have been there for 10+ years.

Pros

If you are a baseball fan, you can see some of the baseball game.

Cons

The management doesn't care about employees. They are dragging their feet with the new CBA. The concession company that manages the Seahawks (right across the street) got a new CBA in four meeting, less than one month after the CBA had expired. Ours has been expired since Dec.31, 2023. Sodexo Live is offering a $.25 an hour raise (across the street they got a $2.00 per hour raise). Seattle is an expensive city! Sodexo Live has added 4 Amazon "Walk Off" locations which results in lowering the wage for all cashiers, as Amazon workers are in the tip pool (tip pool is spilt equally with all conecessions, laundry, cooks, warehouse-you don't keep what you make) that the cashiers are in (without contributing any tips). Without tips, this results in lowering the over all wages for all concessions.

Pros

The people I got to work with hadn't been heard in over two years, I was able to connect with most of the team in a supportive fashion and it showed.

Cons

Racist, Classist and Ableist regional managers that have never worked anywhere with integrity. The result is a nightmare in which the hourly associates are held prisoners without training, feedback, support or an avenue for growth. Rhe mostly African American team was underpaid and under trained which resulted in a slew of interpersonal issues. The regional manager team would rather blame the whole hourly team and use individuals that speak up as scapegoats than actually addressing the core issues.
