Even with the flexibility, it can be slightly demanding at some times, although that comes more with the role rather than the company. Additionally, unlike many other companies, they notice this and consistently ensure that they are providing everything possible to make sure you have all the resources you need to succeed.

I have a lot of friends who work for other remote companies, and hearing their stories makes me appreciate working at Soflyy even more. The purpose of this company is to make money. They've chosen to do that by building good products and treating people right, both their customers and their employees. There are no benefits in the traditional sense. There's no HR. There are no contracts. There is no Slack channel for memes and cat pics. There are no "optional" social Zoom calls. In fact, there aren't really any calls. Or meetings. Or emails. The cruft has been stripped away. There is zero bureaucracy. You have a set of tasks with clear priorities. You show up and you do it, and then you clock out and get on with your life. If you just want to show up and collect a paycheck, there's room for that here. If you want to get involved and build something, there's room for that here too. Most of all, Soflyy provides flexibility. You can work when you want and where you want. The company is truly async, you will never receive a notification.

You will produce things that will end up in the garbage can. It can be demoralizing, but it's a side effect of a company that gives a lot of freedom to execute on a project and has high standards. If you need your workplace to provide friends and social interactions, you will not find that here. If you need your workplace to have some sort of political or social mission, making the world a better place, you will not find that here. If you need a lot of handholding and want frequent meetings/calls/help, you will not find that here.
