Pros

Great training program from classroom time in Toronto through the months leading up to be deployed into role. Everyone there is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great benefits and the overall company culture is unlike anything I've ever experienced.

Cons

Not many. Breaking through into new accounts via cold calling can be rough at times but as can be expected with any sales position.

Pros

Challenging and interesting work. The potential is there.

Cons

Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
