Pros
Pros – The environment is very nice from the perspective that you get to have a gym, bring dogs, use a game room, there is a monthly beer cart, some fun activities. There are many university grads and fantastic friendships can be made.
Cons
The pay is very low. The company changes at a rapid pace and there are a lot of layoffs. People who are in sales are far more valued than those who assist them.
