Pros
Ambition is valued, performance is rewarded. Management promotes creative ideas and solutions. If you can transform and are agile on your feet - you have a very tangible chance to grown in the future as the company goes through changes with the market and their clients.
Cons
Company is often working in very separate verticals - initiatives not always connected. Working on correcting that, I think - hope the strategies become a real team build version pushed upon by others.
