Data driven sales metrics with poor data integrity - Commercial Account Executive Softchoice Employee Review

Was questioned by my manager after 4 separate vacations why my numbers show no contact with my current customers during the corresponding weeks. It’s called vacation. I also did talk to most of them because my account manager was terrible but I talked to them on the phone and via teams, which don’t show up in their “contact metrics”.
