1. Solcen is a sister concern of Surya Software Systems leading by the same management. 2. Same organisation culture is followed here. 3. Good place for fresher to learn.
Cons
1. No work life balance, not a safe work place for lateral entries, you never know what happens with your Projects, they may ask you to leave your job anytime without following policies. 2. It's a damage to your career, If you do not have projects as it's a single client company 3. Career succession plan is available only for Malayali people, Kerala people can try for a job here, except employees from other states of India. 4. Attrition is too high.
