Work culture at SOLCEN is as same as SURYA Software

1. Solcen is a sister concern of Surya Software Systems leading by the same management. 2. Same organisation culture is followed here. 3. Good place for fresher to learn.

Cons

1. No work life balance, not a safe work place for lateral entries, you never know what happens with your Projects, they may ask you to leave your job anytime without following policies. 2. It's a damage to your career, If you do not have projects as it's a single client company 3. Career succession plan is available only for Malayali people, Kerala people can try for a job here, except employees from other states of India. 4. Attrition is too high.

Cons will goes like anything I would suggest pls dont go to this company full of politics and management is not good. All management people are mallus. They will shout for small small thinks in office like school teachers and they dont know corporate culture. Over workload and pressure. People wont belive until they experience. Trust me or face the fate

1. Top Management favor only Malyalam and Tamil employees 2. Worst HR team 3. HR we have two ladies, who have no idea what HR's are suppose to do 4. If you refer profile to HR they dont even respond to us or any action on it 5. Mai HR girl some kulkarni is one of the HR who is useless for this company. if any question asked on the policy or about leaves, she has no idea. not sure why they have her in the system 6. I would not ask people to join this company as they will not have good future here 7. If you are Malyalam they come and join. You can go to Paris
