1. Top Management favor only Malyalam and Tamil employees 2. Worst HR team 3. HR we have two ladies, who have no idea what HR's are suppose to do 4. If you refer profile to HR they dont even respond to us or any action on it 5. Mai HR girl some kulkarni is one of the HR who is useless for this company. if any question asked on the policy or about leaves, she has no idea. not sure why they have her in the system 6. I would not ask people to join this company as they will not have good future here 7. If you are Malyalam they come and join. You can go to Paris
