Move on - OP 10 Solar Plastics Employee Review

Solar was recently purchased by ATEK. When ATEK stepped in there were a LOT of changes (GOOD). ATEK cares about the employees! Great quarterly meetings so we know where we stand. The people are what make Solar great. Co-workers are helpful and it helps pass the time. Show up for work everyday and do your part and Solar will take care of you. You work your 8 and skate!

Tight attendance policy. They don't play around.

Good benefits, 5 day work weeks and only 8 hour shifts with good starting pay

Shifts have to work every 3rd Saturday for the majority of the year to keep up on product output, management is not understanding when it comes to the immense amount of heat you have to deal with throughout the summer. There is little to no understanding when it comes to family matters, you get points docked no matter what when you miss days, no matter if you have a doctors note or proof there was reason for missing work, they are horrible with working with you and understanding your outside life
