      Pros

      Its a place to start. Maybe. The location is a pro if you live west of the cites.

      Cons

      Compensation for work performed is lacking. Management has gone down hill. New ownership is involved with business decisions and so far they fail at good decisions.

      Pros

      paycheck, lunch ,time clock, there isn't 20 words I can say to you about this past employer because they are complacent and aloof of proper procedure.

      Cons

      Wage freezes ,No bonuses , work every Saturday poor human resources , condescending managers. No advancement , disorganized management to many meetings every day before shift.And treating people badly generally speaking.Not treating everyone fairly.

      Pros

      You work 8 hours and go home. You get to learn new things almost daily. My supervisor (Simon) is always willing to help the team. Easy to contact HR for problems. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Worry about how things are going to be now that there is a new company owner.
