Pros
Employee menu of expired and moldy product Great job for homeless, welfare or drug users
Cons
Immature employees. 85% of the employees working here just never grew up. At first I thought it was a coincidence but it seems like that’s what management is looking to hire. You are constantly required to pick up the slack for lazy workers or coworkers who call out every week. Example of dialogue between employees: “What happened to so and so?” “What do you think happened he/she quit just like every other good employee that walks in here” They do not want hardworking and quality people. They want people in desperate need of money or medical benefits that lack the skill or courage to look for another job. Basically whatever they can do to financially trap you. I worked there for a short period of time because I realized quickly it was a dead end job and in that time I saw at least 5 different employees crying on the job. They do not offer bonuses, profit sharing and the 401k is basic. Product is so bad that even the front of the house bud tenders tell you not to buy it. Sexual harassment on a daily basis disguised in joke form Directors and leads will openly gossip about coworkers. They will ask for information about coworkers in confidence and then tell them what was said later when it benefits them. Cannabis particles constantly flying in the air in the grinding room. No goggles or masks provided or if they are provided you aren’t made aware of it. The stories I heard about things that happen in the female locker room could be turned into a soap opera. There are no cameras so Human Resources won’t do anything about it. We’re talking sexual harassment both verbally and physically, bullying, stealing from lockers and drug use. Leadership was bad when I was there and a little research about the company in the month of august, 2023 will show you that it just got much worse.
